Refund policy

At Fluidline Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. 

Here's how we handle returns:

•  Our Mistakes
  • If we ship the wrong product, we'll make it right. Just let us know within 30 days and we'll replace it or take it back with no restocking fee.
•  General Returns
  
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.
  • For eligible returns, a 10% restocking fee applies (except in cases of our error).
• Items That Can't be Returned
  
  • Special order items and custom hose assemblies (unless defective)
  • Cut lengths due to customer error
  • Installed items
  • Tools
• Return Condition
  • Items must unused in original packaging with proof of purchase.
