  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume

  • Small and standard items ship via common carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

🚛 Freight Shipping

  • Large, heavy, or bulk orders (including inventory lots) ship via freight carriers
  • Freight costs are not always automatically calculated at checkout
  • We may contact you with a freight quote before finalizing your order

3. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Waxahachie, Texas location.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready
  • Valid ID may be required at pickup
  • Please contact us to coordinate pickup times if needed

4. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–7 business days after processing
  • Freight shipments may take longer depending on scheduling and destination

  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Events outside our control

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

8. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse logistics.
